Public talks about West Norwegian Fjords

The most common way to disseminate information about the world heritage has been through public talks and storytelling.

The secretariat has since the beginning been actively working on information dissemination through different channels such as public talks about the world heritage area, expert talks and articles, information visits to schools, organisations and local communities. Similarly, speeches on the topic of world heritage are important information channels.

It is best to combine expert talks with being out in the landscape, but having expert information presented to you in distinctive indoor surroundings on local premises in the world heritage area /towns can also be a special experience. And of course, we are happy to provide a talk at out information centre, the Norwegian Fjord Centre, in Geiranger.

The secretariat can also take on external commissions, or we can provide contacts with other local resourceful people who can take on such commissions. Please feel free to contact us.
